I would like to comment on the lost fee of RM20 for lost parking ticket ok I agreed to pay the penalty but why do you need to ask for my personal details? your kind reply is appreaciated

what if i wanted to park my car from let say 8pm till about 3pm? Will the parking lot close and fine me or no?
